Ten Bean Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pt. mixed dry beans, your favorites
  • 2 quart. water
  • 1 pound ham chunks or possibly ham hocks
  • 2 of your favorite types sausage (1/2 pound each)
  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, minced
  • 1 potato
  • 1/4 c. parsley, minced
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
  • 4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
  • Salt and pepper to taste
