Artichoke Balls Recipe


  • 1 can artichoke balls, liquid removed and mashed
  • 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese


Put Together All Ingredients Except Cheese; Mix Well. Chill Overnight Or Possibly At Least 4 Hrs. Form Into Bite-sized Balls. Roll In Parmesan Cheese.Bake Uncovered At 400 Degrees…
