- 1/4 c. Raisins or possibly currants
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- Â Â Salt and pepper

Combine All Ingredients In A Bowl. Add In Salt And Pepper To Taste. Serve Cool Or Possibly Warm. Serves 4
