- 1/2 c. unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1/3 c. julienned pickled ginger
- 1/4 c. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 x garlic clove chopped
- 1 sm Bibb or possibly butter lettuce head leaves separated
- Â Â (or possibly mizuna lettuce)
- 1 bn watercress stemmed
- 1 x red onion julienned
- 1 x red bell pepper seeded, julienned
- 1 c. bean sprouts
- 2 x scallions sliced on a diagonal
- 1 x cucumber peeled, seeded,

- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds for garnish
