  • 1/4 c. mirin
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 x garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 tsp Asian sesame oil
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 lb spaghettini
  • 3/4 lb Chinese cabbage cut 2" pcs
  • 1/2 lb hard tofu cut 3/4" cubes
  • 1/3 lb pork loin chop cut into 1/8" slices
  •     about 1/2" wide and 1 1/2" long
  • 3 x scallions, including green tops sliced
