- 4 Tbsp. Crushed garlic
- 6 ounce Fresh lime juice
- 4 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 6 x Well trimmed New York Strips cut to, (14-oz) 2-inch thick
- Salt and freshly grnd pepper
Description
Combine All Ingredients To Create A Paste. NEW YORK STRIP:Salt And Pepper The Meat. Rub Liberally With Adovado Marinade. Grill To Desired Temperature.
