  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 x boneless skinless chicken breasts halves pounded 1/4" thick
  • 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 c. Soave or possibly other dry white wine
  • 1 pkt sun dry tomatoes - (3 ounce) reconstituted accord
  •     to package directions, sliced
  • 1 can artichoke hearts - (14 ounce) liquid removed, quartered
  • 1 x lemon cut in half
