- 2 x Serrano chiles thinly sliced
- 2 x Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 lrg Green, unripe papaya peeled, shredded

- 1 x Carrot peeled, shredded
- 1/4 c. Crushed fermented crab
- Â Â (or possibly substitute dry shrimp)
- 1 tsp Palm sugar">sugar or possibly brown sugar">sugar
- Â Â Salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
- Â Â Juice of 1/2 lime plus
- 1 x Lime quartered for
- Â Â garnish
- 6 x Cherry tomatoes quartered
- 8 x Jumbo shrimp, in the shell
- 4 x Wooden skewers soaked in cool
- Â Â water for 30 min
- Â Â Oil for brushing shrimp
