  • 4 x tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp salt, pepper
  • 1 tsp basil, fresh
  • 1 tsp sugar (caster)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 c. breadcrumbs, fresh
  • 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
