- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 cup sugar
- 1 15 oz. can pumpkin puree
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- ¾ cup orange juice
- Frosting:
- 1 8oz. package cream cheese at room temperature
- 3/4 cup butter at room temperature
- 3 Tbls. pumpkin puree (or to your taste)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 Tbls. orange juice
- 2 Tbls. orange zest
- 5 - 6 cups powdered sugar
