  • 1 Tbsp. Clover honey
  • 1 ounce Flour
  • 4 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1/2 x Bott. red wine
  • 1 lrg Sprig thyme
  • 1 lrg Sprig marjoram
  • 1 lrg Sprig rosemary

  • 1 tsp Each of dry herbs
  • 3 x Cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp Powdered mace
