- 1 ounce Flour
- 4 Tbsp. Oil
- 1/2 x Bott. red wine
- 1 lrg Sprig thyme
- 1 lrg Sprig marjoram
- 1 lrg Sprig rosemary

- 3 x Cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp Powdered mace
