- 3 x hard-cooked Large eggs cut small dice
- 2 x green onions - (to 3) sliced thin

- 1 sm celery stalk cut small dice
- Â Â (not relish)
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
