- 1Â 3/4 c. beef stock
- 2/3 c. instant non-fat lowfat milk pwdr
- 3 Tbsp. tomato sauce
- 1Â 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 3/4 lb shrimp peeled, deveined,
- Â Â and coarsely minced
- 1/2 lb bay or possibly sea scallops cut bite-size
- 1/2 tsp salt - (to 1 tspn)
- 1/3 c. mango chutney
- 2 Tbsp. minced cilantro
