- 3 x Cloves garlic, crushed
- 450 gm Potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 150 gm Green beans, trimmed and halved
- 1 x 440 g can chick peas, liquid removed and rinsed
- 1 x 440 g can minced tomatoes
- 1 lrg Pear, peeled and sliced
- 150 ml Vegetable stock
