Aubergine Miso Soup Recipe


  • 2 Tbsp. Miso
  • 2 x Scallions, minced
  • 1 quart Warm water
  • 1/2 c. Tofu, cubed
  • 1 x Carrot, minced
  • 1 c. Aubergine, julienned


In Boiling Wash, Add In Miso. Mash To Dissolve. Add In Carrots, Scallions, Tofu And Aubergine. Cook Till Veggies Are Tender.
