• 3 Tbsp. Corn, vegetable or possibly
•     Safflower oil
• 1 tsp Chopped fresh garlic Or possibly
• 2 lrg Cloves garlic, chopped
• 2 Tbsp. Fresh scallions Or possibly
• 1 x Scallion with green top,
•     Diced
• 3 c. Oil
