- 1 c. snow peas, stringed and julienned (250 mL)
- 3Â 1/2 ounce package of enoki mushrooms (105 g)
- 1 c. bean sprouts (250 mL)
- 1/4 c. pickled ginger (60 mL)
- Â Â Kosher salt and freshly grnd black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. black sesame seeds (30 mL)
- 1 x recipe Seasoned Buckwheat or possibly Soba Noodles, recipe follows
- Â Â Orange-Chili Dipping Sauce, recipe follows
- Â Â Seasoned Buckwheat Noodles
- 1 tsp sesame oil (5 mL)
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar (5 mL)
- 1 c. cooked buckwheat noodles (250 mL)
- Â Â Orange Chili Dipping Sauce
- 1/2 c. freshly squeezed orange juice (125 mL)
- 3 Tbsp. sugar (45 mL)
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce (45 mL)
- 2 tsp lime juice, about 1/2 lime (10 mL)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil (15 mL)
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar (15 mL)
- 1 tsp chili flakes (5 mL)
- 1 tsp kosher salt (5 mL)
