- Â Â recipe], cooked crumbled Italian sausage,
- Â Â thinly-sliced coppa or possibly pepperoni, sliced mousse-style pate)
- 6 c. sliced vegetables - (to 8)
- Â Â (choose several: red onions, tomatoes,
- Â Â roasted red peppers, fresh fennel, mushrooms)
- 1 c. sliced or possibly whole pitted olives
- Â Â (choose several: nicoise, calamata, ripe, Spanish-style)
- 1/2 c. liquid removed capers
- 1 c. fresh basil leaves (1 to 2)
- Â Â (or possibly purchased or possibly homemade basil pesto)
- Â Â (or possibly 2 to 3 tbspns dry basil or possibly oregano)
- 2 lb cheese - (to 3)
- Â Â (choose several: crumbled gorgonzola,
