- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Brandy
- 2 c. Heavy cream
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 x Unbaked 9" pie crust
- Â Â Powdered sugar in a shaker
- Â Â Fresh mint
- Â Â Whipped cream in pastry bag
