  • 1 ounce Maize (corn) flour
  • 4 ounce Chive and ginger oil (see note)
  • 2 ounce Flour
  • 3 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 5/8 ounce Shaoxing wine
  • 6 ounce Chicken stock
