- 4 T flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 T whipped topping mix
- 1 teaspoon butter flavoring
- 1/2 c to 3/4 c. cool water
- 2 lbs. powdered sugar
Description
Mix First 5 Ingredients And Beat Till Fluffy. Slowly Add In Water And Powdered Sugar Alternately.Good For Decorating Or Possibly Just Frosting. For Chocolate, Add In 2/3 Cup Cocoa.
