- 4 x Fresh or possibly frzn Kaffir lime leaves (daun limau perut) *
- 24 x 6-inch squares of fresh or possibly frzn banana leaf or possibly aluminum foil
- 24 med Shrimp (about 1/2 lb.), peeled and deveined
- 8 x Dry red chiles
- 2 stalk fresh lemongrass or possibly
- 1 Tbsp. Lemongrass pwdr or possibly
- Â Â Zest of 1/2 lemon
- 2 quart Slices fresh galangal or possibly
- 1 quart Slice dry galangal, soaked in hot water for 30 min
- 6 can Nuts (buah kera) or possibly macadamia nuts
- 2 x Shallots
- 4 x Cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 3/4 tsp Grnd coriander seeds
- 1/2 tsp Shrimp paste or possibly anchovy paste
- 1 c. Thick coconut lowfat milk
