- Â Â (each 4 to 6 ounce and 1" thick)
- Â Â Vegetable or possibly extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
- 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- Â Â (found near seafood counter in most markets)
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. butter melted
- 1/2 x lemon juiced
- 1 c. mayonnaise">mayonnaise or possibly reduced fat mayonnaise">mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
- 1 x dill or possibly half-sour pickle finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. finely-minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. fresh minced dill
- 10 x blades fresh chives minced
- Â Â (or possibly 2 thin scallions, thinly sliced)
- 1/2 x lemon juiced
- Â Â Few drops cayenne pepper sauce
- 4 x crusty rolls split
- 1 lrg ripe tomato sliced
- 4 x leaves green leaf or possibly Boston lettuce
- Â Â Asparagus Pasta Salad (see recipe)
- 1 bag gourmet chips
- Â Â (preferred brand Terra chips in Yukon Gold Onion and Garlic flavor)
