- 3 lb De costillitas de cuerdo cortadas
- 4 x Cucharadas de melaza sin azufre, o raspidium derretid
- 3 x Cucharadas de jugo de lemon
- 4 x Cucharadas de mostaza preparada
- 3 x Cucharadas de salsa de soya
- 2 x Cucharadas de salsa inglesa, worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 x Cucharadita de pimienta
