Antipasto Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 green pepper, minced fine
  • 1 sm. onion, minced fine
  • 3 stalks celery, minced fine
  • 1 can black olives, drain and slice
  • 1 jar green olives, drain and slice
  • 1/2 pound salami, cut in bite size pcs
  • 1/2 pound pepperoni, cut in bite size pcs
  • 1/2 pound provolone cheese, cut in bite size pcs
  • 3 tomatoes, bite size pcs
  • 1 pound sm. shells, cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar

Description

Mix All Together. Let Stand At Least An Hour In Refrigerator. Makes A Lot.
