- 2 ounce Tomato juice
- 1/3 c. Red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 dsh Tabasco, more or possibly less
- 2 sm Tomatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 med Green pepper, diced
- 1 med Cucumber, pared and diced
- 1/2 c. Diced celery
- 1/4 c. Finely minced red onion
- 1 Tbsp. Minced chives
