Ingredients

  • 2 env unflavored gelatin
  • 1 pt Plus
  • 2 ounce Tomato juice
  • 1/3 c. Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 dsh Tabasco, more or possibly less
  • 2 sm Tomatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 med Green pepper, diced
  • 1 med Cucumber, pared and diced
  • 1/2 c. Diced celery
  • 1/4 c. Finely minced red onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced chives
