  • 1 lg. peeled boiled potato, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
  • 1 to 2 teaspoon chili pwdr or possibly to taste
  • 2 T chopped fresh cilantro
  • 12 lg. flour tortillas, warmed
  • Vegetable oil
  • Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Lowfat sour cream
