Ingredients
- 2 x Thin slices Aubergine (50gm)
- 2 tsp Butter (10gm)
- 1/4 c. Canned tomatoes (50 gm)
- 1/2 tsp Chives, minced (2gm)
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
Description
Brown The Aubergine In Butter. Add In Salt And Pepper. Heat Tomatoes In A Separate Pan And Pour Over Aubergine. Sprinkle With Minced Chives.
