Aubergine With Tomatoes Recipe


  • 2 x Thin slices Aubergine (50gm)
  • 2 tsp Butter (10gm)
  • 1/4 c. Canned tomatoes (50 gm)
  • 1/2 tsp Chives, minced (2gm)
  •     Salt and pepper to taste


Brown The Aubergine In Butter. Add In Salt And Pepper. Heat Tomatoes In A Separate Pan And Pour Over Aubergine. Sprinkle With Minced Chives.
