Ingredients
- 2 pound shrimp
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3 T fresh parsley
- 2 T minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
Description
Mix All Ingredients Together. Marinate 2 To 3 Hrs. Thread Shrimp On Wooden Skewers. Broil 3-4 Min, 6 Inches From Heat, On Each Side. Baste Occasionally With Reserved Marinade.
