Duck Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 c. Boiled diced duck
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1/2 c. Minced onion
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 1 can (6-ounce) mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 c. Cream -or possibly-
  • 1 can (10.75-ounce) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 c. Duck broth
  • 1 can (8-ounce) water chestnuts, sliced thin
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 pkt Wild rice, long grain
