- 1/4 c. Vinegar
- 1 lrg Aubergine == peeled and

- 2 Tbsp. Garlic -- chopped

- 10 ounce Tomato sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Salt -- (or possibly less)

- 1/4 c. Red wine
