- 2 Tbsp. Finely chopped fresh ginger
- 2 x Garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp. Grated or possibly chopped orange peel
- 1/4 c. Chopped cilantro
- 1/4 c. Chopped green onions
- 9 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. Oriental sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. Safflower oil
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp Chinese chili sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
