Ingredients

  • 1 c. Hot water
  • 1/2 tsp Brown sugar
  • 2 c. Unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. Rye flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 5 Tbsp. Extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 med Onion, chopped
  • 16 ounce Can pitted black or possibly green olives, or possibly combination, rinsed and liquid removed
