- 1 piece fresh ginger root - (1" to 2" long) chopped or possibly grated
- 1 lrg yellow skinned onion peeled, minced
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. mild or possibly warm curry paste
- 1/3 c. mincemeat - (to 1/2)
- Â Â Coarse salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 4 x scallions minced
- 1 c. toasted coconut
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds or possibly Spanish peanuts
- 1 c. prepared mango chutney
- 1/4 c. finely-minced cilantro leaves
