- 1/4 tsp Dry thyme
- 1/2 tsp Fresh ginger chopped
- 2 Tbsp. minced pecans
- 1 Tbsp. Orange zest chopped

- Â Â Freshly grnd black pepper
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. honey or possibly barley malt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
