Pasta Roll For An Elegant Dinner Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (mix with the spinach)

  • 1 lb. Ricotta
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg yoke
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup each chopped carrots, celery and onions
  • 1 lb. can kitchen ready tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon sugar
  • Béchamel Sauce
  • Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup warm milk
