- 1Â 1/2 lb Hash Browns, frzn
- 1 lb Bacon or possibly sausage
- 3 x Large eggs
- 2 ounce Velveeta
- 2 ounce Cheddar, shredded
- 1 can Cream of Potato soup
- Â Â Salt and Pepper
Description
Cook The Hash Browns With The Onion Until Crisp. Fry The Meat. Fold In A 13 X 9 Pan. Add In The Cheeses, Soup, Beaten Large Eggs, Salt And Pepper. Bake At 350 For 30 To 50 Min.
