  • 3 1/2 ounce Chilies chipotle
  • 3 1/2 ounce Chilies Mulatto
  • 4 Tbsp. Lard
  • 1/4 c. Raw sesame seeds
  • 4 x Corn tortillas (6" dia), cut into 1/2" strips
  • 1 c. Finely minced onions
  • 1 c. Minced seeded tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. Minced fresh cilantro (coriander)
  • 1 x Bay leaf, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 4 ounce Bittersweet chocolate, minced
  • 3 1/2 c. Chicken stock
  • 1/2 c. Cashews, toasted and minced
