Apricot Glazed Carrots Recipe


  • 4 c. carrots, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, (or possibly marg.), melted
  • 1/2 c. arpicot preserves
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp orange rind, grated
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg, grnd
  • 2 tsp lemon juice


Cook Carrots Till Tender In Sufficient Salted Water To Cover (about 20 Min); Drain. Combine Remaining Ingredients, Stirring Till Well Blended. Spoon Over Carrots, And Toss Well.…
