- 2 Tbsp. Orange zest

- 1 c. Dry bread crumbs
- 8 Tbsp. Extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil divided
- 4 x Garlic cloves thinly sliced
- 2 lrg Tomatoes peeled, seeded,
