Ambrosia Recipe


  • 1 1/4 c. orange segments
  • 1 sm banana (about 4 ounces), peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. shredded coconut (sweetened or possibly unsweetened as available)
  •     Combine the fruits and juice.
  •     Sprinkle with coconut at serving time.
  •     Serving Size: 1/2 c.
