Ingredients

  • 1 x Crepe recipe
  • 1/2 c. Shiitake mushrooms, dry
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive o8il
  • 1 c. Onion, finely minced
  • 3 x Garlic cloves
  • 2 x Bay leaves
  • 4 c. Mushrooms, fresh, finely minced
  • 1 tsp Tarragon
  • 2 Tbsp. Whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1/3 c. Dry red wine
  • 2 Tbsp. Tamari, or possibly to taste
  •     Cayenne to taste
  • 1 c. ,water or possibly mild vegetable stock
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Arrowroot Or possibly
  • 2 tsp Kudzu pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry red wine
  • 1 Tbsp. Tamari, or possibly more to taste
