- 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- For Rub
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
