  • 8 c. fish stock, or possibly bouillon cubes
  • 1 sm diced onion
  • 1 sm diced green bell pepper
  • 3 sm diced celery stalks
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 4 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 1/2 tsp sage
  • 1 x bay leaf
  • 1 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 4 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 2 c. crushed tomatoes in puree
  • 1 x cooked Dungeness crab
  • 8 lrg prawns
  • 16 x steamer clams
  • 16 x mussels
  • 1 lb cod, halibut, or possibly mild white fish
  • 8 x cooked crayfish
