- 2 x Bay leaves
- 1/4 tsp Dry thyme
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. Minced fresh mint
