Aioli (english) Recipe


  • 6 x Cloves garlic
  • 2 x Egg yolks
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice.
  • 1 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil, (up to 2)
  •     Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pch Cayenne
