- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2/3 c. Cognac
- 2/3 c. Dry white wine
- 1Â 1/2 c. Cream
- 4 x Egg yolks
- 17 c. Water
- 3/4 c. Rice flour diluted in
- 2 c. Water
- Â Â Fresh parsley a few sprigs
- 1 sprg Fresh tarragon
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper or possibly to taste
- Â Â Salt to taste
