- 1 lrg Aubergine, peeled, diced, boiled and liquid removed
- 1 x Egg
- 1 pch Baking soda
- Â Â Salt and pepper
- Â Â Flour
- Â Â Oil for frying
Description
Add In Egg To Aubergine; Add In Soda, Salt And Pepper. Add In Sufficient Flour To Make A Thick Batter. Drop By Tbsp. Into Warm Oil. Brown On Both Sides And Drain.
