Lemon Raspberry Trifles Recipe

Ingredients

  • Lemon curd:

  • ½ of a pound cake, cut/torn into cubes (You can also use angel food, sponge or any boxed or homemade vanilla cake you prefer.)
  • 1 (6 ounce) package fresh raspberries
  • 6 wine glasses (....or margarita....or martini....or high-ball....or plain ol’water glasses.)
