Antipasto Salad Recipe


  • 1 head Romaine or possibly leaf lettuce, cleaned & torn
  • 1/2 head Iceberg lettuce, cleaned & torn
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled & sliced
  • 2 c. tomatoes">cherry tomatoes (halved) or possibly plum tomatoes (quartered)
  • 1 sm. red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 can black olives, liquid removed
  • 1 yellow sweet pepper, minced
  • 12 ounce Provolone or possibly Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
  • 8 ounce hard salami or possibly pepperoni, cubed
  • 8 ounce cooked ham or possibly prociutto or possibly capicola, cubed
  • Favorite Italian dressing or possibly oil/vinegar to taste


Put Together All Ingredients In Very Large Bowl. Top With Favorite Italian Dressing Or Possibly Oil And Vinegar. Refrigerate And Serve With Crusty Italian Bread Or Possibly Bread…
